I am practicing long enough to overcome (or at least move through) seemingly insurmountable hurdles, and strength to persist day in and day out, having multiple things on my plate to work on. The more I practice yoga regularly and practice regularity, the easier my life is and the more I am able to manage. Perhaps unorthodox, but when I dont practice, this is also part of my practice.
