Are You Ready For Islaam Was Jesus Dvine? By Br. Adam Abraham Ishmael Muhammad Jesus was perfect man and perfect God at the same time. This doctrine cannot be stated in any way that is free from contradictions. It is impossible for Jesus to have been perfect man and perfect God at the same time, for this would mean that he was finite and infinite at the same time, that he was fallible and infallible at the same time. This cannot be. Jesus Christ is both God n man; he coexists as d ‘Preincrnate Word of God.’ It is taught tht Jesus is “fully God & fully man.” Even Christian churches tht don’t believe in d Trinity still hold tht Jesus is Deity. This teaching adds more fuel to fire of confusion already blazing. Many churches teach tht, in order for Jesus’ sacrifice to b efficacious (i.e. – valid, legitimate), he must have died AS GOD. d same school of doctrinal thought says tht if Jesus’ blood was not divine, then his death was not adequate for redemption. Nestorius, the council of Ephesus (431 A.D.) decreed that the two natures of Jesus cannot be separated. Everything Jesus does is done by both the humanity and divinity in him. Likewise, everything that happened to him happened to both the man and God that he is. Therefore Mary gave birth to both, both died on the cross, etc. As Huston Smith, scholar of comparative religion, points out, it would not have been logically impossible if the creed said that Jesus was somewhat divine and somewhat human. But this is expressly what the creed denies. For orthodox Christians, Jesus cannot possess only some human qualities; he must possess all. He must be fully human. At the same time, he cannot possess only some divine qualities; he must have all. He must be fully divine. This is impossible because to be fully divine means one has to be free of human limitations. If he has only one human limitation then he is not God. But according to creed he has every human limitation. How, then, can he be God? Even if i agree for a sake of argument that Jesus has a dual nature as you people say :man died on the cross not God Jesus. Now,the resurrected Jesus no longer has a dual nature. even the resurrected Jesus (i.e god) said he has a GOD. That completely refute all lies of Jesus is divine, when he said in John 20:17I ascend to My Father and your Father, and My God and your God. GOD has a GOD that is polytheism Furthermore in Revelations 3:12: Him that overcometh will I make a pillar in the temple of My God, and he shall go no more out: and I will write upon him the name of My God, and the name of the city of My God, which is new Jerusalem, which cometh down out of heaven from My God: and I will write upon him my new name. So as you can see, the divine Jesus still says he has a God! This is not Jesus as man speaking anymore, but this is Jesus as divine speaking, so how can the divine Jesus say I have a God? This clearly proves that there is no such thing as a divine Jesus, and that Jesus is not God since he has a God, even when he is in his supposed divine state. . . . they seeing, see not; and hearing, they hear not, neither do they understand Matthew 13:13
