Amir Sjarifuddin (Prime minister of Indonesia) Amir was born in Indonesia in 1907 and died in 1948. He has studied Eastern and Western philosophy in the Netherlands. Amir converted to Christianity in 1931. He was one of the first independent leaders in Indonesia and developed a political career. He has been Minister of Defense and later he became Prime Minister. 2. Carlos Menem (President of Argentina) Menem was born in 1930 as a Muslim. He became a Christian and was president of Argentina from 1989 to 1999. As a president he has enjoyed popularity by advocating reforms. 3. Mathieu Kérékou (President of Benin) He was born in 1933 and was president of Benin from 1972 to1991. He converted from Islam to Christianity and became a born-again Christian. As a Christian, he became again president of Benin from 1996 to 2006 and brought the country to democracy [2]. 4. She blames the Middle Eastern Islamic culture and the propaganda of hatred taught to children from birth. In 1978, she immigrated to the United States with her husband. Not long after that she became a Christian. 7. Magdi Allam (Journalist and political leader) Magdi was born in 1952 in Egypt. He converted from Islam to Christianity in Italy. In 1972 he immigrated to Italy and studied at a university in Rome. He became a well-known journalist in Italy. He converted to Christianity. In 2009 he was baptized. 8. Gbaja-Biamila (Football player) He was born in 1977 in Nigeria and became a successful football player in the United States. He converted to Christian faith after a relation with a Christian woman [4]. Dr. Muhammed Rahoumy (Dean in Al Azhar Islamic University) He was born in Egypt and became assistant professor of literary criticism. This doctor became an ex-Muslim in the year 2000.
