Become more machine than human. Adopting a little bit of that mechanical mindset that competitors have would be helpful to those who are doing fat loss programs but fail to stick to them. There are things that you can learn from those who get on stage. See competitors dont eat based upon their emotions. Food is fuel. Food is petrol. Food sparks the metabolism. Food is a means to an end. Never a form of comfort! Competitors dont read magazines whilst they cardio. They dont have ten minute conversations when they train. They dont eat randomly. They always know what their next meal is going to be, and they either have it ready or easy to assemble. Theres no guesswork in the gym or the kitchen. Heres some things that competitors avoid that enables them to achieve their goals..... •Letting feelings determine execution •Getting too hungry •Getting too tempted •Eating for emotional relief or escape •Rationalizing spontaneous junk/cheat food •Going to the gym without a plan •Skipping a planned workout So how to you act when you go through your day? Because if you want to be a strong, lean and admired woman, you need to act like a strong, lean and admired women. Little more machine, perhaps a little less human....or should I say, little more Miss Strong Bear and a little less Miss Care Bear
