Meeting and greeting pet owners Small team working environment Duffys Forest (NSW) location Permanent part time opportunity Hanrob Pet Hotels (hanrob.au) is world recognised and Australia’s largest and most successful domestic animal training and boarding organisation. Due to our increased focus on customer service at our Pet Hotels, we require a Customer Service Representative/Pet Welfare Attendant at our Duffys Forest location. This role will be responsible for front of house reception, administration duties, meeting and greeting pets and their owners, customer service phone management, engaging clients with pet enrichment programs and continually enhance our customer service benchmarks. In addition to the front of house activities the successful applicant will also be involved in pet care activities. To be a successful Customer Service Representative/Pet Welfare Attendant in our team you will not only have to demonstrate great communication skills, you will also need to: Have a genuine love of pets Be highly motivated by delivering high quality outcomes and customer service Jump at the chance to help others. Learn quickly and understand detailed information without difficulty. Be motivated by administrative duties, making budgets and processing basic numerical information Respond well to demands on your time and generally work at a brisk pace. Demonstrate some level of independence, but function best when provided supervision and structure. Moderately social, motivated by the opportunity to present ideas and suggestions and are encouraged by the opportunity to work in a team environment. Appropriately accommodate the needs of customers and co-workers, and also appreciate the occasional need to take a personal position that is different than the groups position Be effective without direct management, yet welcome some structure and supervision as needed. Be most successful when provided ample information to make objective decisions.
