Are you allergic to sugarcane , or to its toxins???? Did you even know that you could be ???? Louisiana can be such a great place to live , UNTIL they start burning the sugarcane fields and start pumping out tons of toxic smoke into the air from the sugarcane processing plants ! Its no coincidence that we all start getting so sick in the month of October folks ! Way too many people think its just the seasonal and temp changes that are getting us sick , but every year at this time , the doc offices are overflowing with us all having the exact same symptoms . Sinus infection , respiratory infection , and most of us just happen to wake up one morning sick as hell , when we were just fine when we went to bed the night before . Hmmmm , did you ever wonder why ? For me , and sooooooo many people I know , its because of the crap were breathing in at night while we sleep as they burning those cane fields and pumping out tons of toxic smoke and chemicals from the factory . Yes , I do know what Im talking about ! Ive been tested multiple times and from yrs of being exposed to it it gets worse and now Im very allergic to it . Yes our state makes allot of very needed money from selling and farming sugarcane , thats very understandable , but completely unacceptable that they know this causes extreme illness and dont try to upgrade their techniques and equipment so its not such a heath hazard to the surrounding communities . ANY person with , or has a family member with the slightest hint of sinus problems , asthma , allergies or any type of respiratory issues will completely understand this concern . Sad part is that most of us are completely unaware that this is lowering our immune systems , and for anyone with heath issues , thats completely unacceptable . This is not a sudden moment of ranting , its my concern from yrs of frustration from dealing with this and the illness it causes for me and so many people I care about , and from hoping and praying that soon theyll make some changes for the health of our community . Til then ,, our doctors will continue getting richer off of us for something that couldve easily been avoided .
