Here is what we need: Oregon Driver license (copy) AND 2nd piece of ID, matching name and address on Driver License; utility bill or rental agreement or property tax statement or voters registration card or Credit Report Also, the RV must be picked up by the purchaser or we deliver to Oregon. If the RV is going to Washington to stay on property you are required by Washington State to pay sales tax, regardless if its coming from a Washington dealer or not. The penalty from Washington State is double the original tax for each name on the registration plus penalties.
