Are you interested in A day in the life of an Osteopath? What sorts of problems have I helped people with today? Here to name a few.... 1) Bulging low back disc injury in a young sportsman causing pain in the back and sciatic pain in the leg 2) Painful hip and knee in a boy who fractured his thigh bone last year and was left with a limp and unable to run 3) Pregnant woman with sinusitis, neck and back pain 4) Neck pain, headaches, recent head injury playing a ball game 5) Headache and whiplash following motor vehicle nose to tail accident. 6) Abdominal discomfort and reflux 7) Recurrent ear infections that need to be sorted out to prevent repeated antibiotic use. My youngest patient was two months old, my oldest in their eighties. Osteopathy and Complementary Medicine are able to help each of these people find relief from pain and better quality of life. Was that useful? Interesting? Your feedback is very welcome.
