Are you kidding me? I noticed that the person that wrote this uneducated article was to proud to even take responsibility for this because it says staff report instead of the name. How dare you Covington News! And to remark that only the low end of income should receive this...administrators work just as hard. As far as spending in Newton County... Sure we will just add it to the hundreds of dollars that we already spend per month on our students in Newton County. You, sir or mam, really need to do your research. Newton County School System is the largest employer in the county. You need us to be able to stay in business. Im sure that you were not born knowing how to read and write. Im sure a teacher had everything to do with that. Dont bite the hand that feeds you!
