Are you really aware of what you are consuming? Read ingredient labels and research them. You would be surprised at what you are actually putting in your body. Soy, BHT, sodium benzoate, natural flavors, dyes (yeah, check those Gatorades and Powerades), caramel coloring, citric acid (a lot of corn), gelatin, seasonings, pectin, malt extract, hydrolyzed anything, carrageenan (check those flavored milks and cream cheese), maltodextrin, the list goes on and on. A lot of ingredients in most foods you buy in stores contain something along these lines. A lot of these are excitotoxins that actually damage your nerves. I remember as kid feeling really sick after eating just a couple skittles, still do to this day. There are dyes in TONS of candy, even your medicine. Look at your cough drops, Motrin, Tylenol, etc. Be educated for you and your familys health!
