Are you stubborn as a mule? Sometimes, in our limited understanding, we truly believe that what we want to do is all right. However, God has a master plan. There are more things to consider than what affects each of us as individuals. How many times have we prayed to God, wanting an answer, only to refuse the answer He gives us? Then, when things dont go our way, we blame the one who tried to warn us in the first place. I wonder...if we could see what God can see, how many times would we have run into danger on the other side of the door we kept running into? The closed door we wanted so badly to pass through was protecting us from those dangers. How much better off we will be when we are concerned more with Gods perfect will than our own feeble plans! When a mule is stubborn, it is useless. It wastes valuable time because of its lack of desire to move. Lets not be stubborn toward God! He always wants good for us...even when we cant see it. And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose. Romans 8:28. Trusting Him will lead you to the bounty he has for you! Trust in the Lord with all thine heart and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge Him and He shall direct thy paths Proverbs 3:5-6
