Are you tired of business as usual on TV, in some churches and other religious institutions here in America? Do you think most are just a bunch of hypocrites and judgemental people? You may be right and wrong at the very same time and it depends on whether the message is... MAN’S PLAN AND AGENDA OR GOD’S PLAN- I plead with you to get a Bible and learn about Jesus. Read the Gospels of Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John and let God’s Spirit help you see Jesus correctly. Again, don’t let the hurt you’ve experienced as a result of man’s deception keep you from discovering for yourself who the real Jesus Christ truly is. And as you get to know about Him, you will see that no one has ever been hurt or betrayed in a worse manner by the church—by the religious people of the day—than Jesus Christ Himself. He understands your disillusionment with some of the institutional churches. May that truth encourage you as you get to know Jesus. After all, your eternal future depends on your knowing and accepting the truth about who Jesus truly is—and on knowing Him personally as Savior and Lord. It is no wonder that many people run from “church” as they know it. I myself ran from what I thought the church was for thirty-nine years, until one day 1997 when I met a true man of God feeding the poor in the local housing projects. I saw genuine Christianity in action and I read about Jesus’ life and was forever changed.
