Army reserves help and Group input needed: This group has been so helpful to me, and I thank everyone for it. But I need help yet again! My childs father has lied to me 4 times about where he will end up working after the residency is over. I have been hanging on a limb waiting to see what he will do. My situation is my entire family lives a bit away, but within the state. I have no support right now as I am a student and have no one to watch my youngling. It has been a while since I have been at school and this has affected my grades significantly this semester. I cant afford day care right now either. I was offered a job but couldnt take it because it is outside the geographical restriction. The area I live in doesnt have big girl jobs as we call them. I am a year away from graduating and will greatly increase my income potential. Here is some info on the kiddos biological...He is fixing to be a doctor, is an army reservist and in debt by at least 10k to the state and will not pay the debt. He has broken so many court orders ( we all know this story dont we?), and wants nothing more than to make me miserable. My questions are: Doesnt an army reservist (captain I think) have to pay back time by serving? He never goes to PT, but gets paid. How many court orders do you have to break before the judge gets really angry? Is there a legal and protected way I can find out the situation in the Army Reserves? There is probably going to be a trial by jury or judge on this one unless a miracle happens. God has done so much already, I wouldnt put it past Him now. So I need help in dealing with this N on control over my residence. Thanks in advance
