Arrangements for Shab-e-Qadr, Eid-ul-Fitr finalized at Sopore BARAMULLA, AUGUST 03: A meeting to review arrangement for the smooth celebration of Holy days like Shab-e-Qadr and Eid-ul-Fitr was held under the Chairmanship of Sub Divisional Magistrate, Sopore, Mr. Mohammad Hanief Balkhi at Tehsil headquarter today. All concerned Tehsil Officers participated in the meeting. Assistant Director CA&PD was asked to ensure the availability of essentials including rice, atta, sugar and kerosene oil, while Executive Engineers of PDD, PHE and Municipal Committee were instructed to ensure public services. During the meeting mutton and chicken dealers assured that there will be special concession for the customers of apple town. On the occasion, market checking squads were directed to continue market inspections to ensure quality food items at reasonable rates to the consumers of the town especially in view of Eid-ul-Fitr.
