Arrived in Cape Town, South Africa after a long 11 hour flight. Very chilly compared to home. Wildlife seen so far: sparrows, pigeons and sea gulls. Wildlife tasted so far: ostrich, empala, wildebeast, springbok and warthog. A fork of each if you are wondering. All lovely except the wildebeast. Tasted too rubbery and chewy. No wonder with all that running they do perhaps. Going looking for live penguins tomorrow. Not eating those tomorrow whatever happens. Though I have tasted puffin in Iceland before. ;-) Take care all xx
