Arrived safely in sevilla spain after 18 hours flight, 1 transit. 0.5 hour taxi ride before 20 minutes waiting for luggage, i arrive in melia sevilla hotel. As Usual, SQ delivered perfectly and nicely. The flight was almost completely full for the 777-300, but the onflight staffs were very prof and efficient, even she cannot find national geographic magazine for me.They r very busy thought. My requested meal were served good. The flight arrived on time, most importantly to catch my local flight in barcelona. Vueling, despite a budget airline. Not bad at all.flying on time, brightly new plane, friendly staffs, and reasonable flight. Sevilla airport is small one, nothing much available. So it s advisable to prepare all in bigger airport if u need anything done in airport. Different from usual big glass structure, ths airport still in bricks and tile. It is a bit antics looks. Nice though. The taxi driver try to show me a list in spanish tht i hv to pay 39 euros when i arrive in hotel. When i hv known tht the standard price for all city hotel is 20 - 22 euros plus luggage. He tried to argued tht it s impossible for tht price. Finally after i said lets ask the hotel the correct price, he agree to lower it to 25 and finally agree on 22. I make sure tht i hv my luggage Wit me before pay him 22 euros. No tips for him for his dishonest, even actually i dun mind to round it to 25. Spain may still in recession, but it doesnt help at all by cheating tourist. Its better to treat them well to bring more come to help revitalize the economy, especially for sevilla, who very depend on tourism industry.
