Arrogance appears as a great light of illumination while it blinds us from the truth by causing contempt prior to investigation. One who holds this trait may read this, but will easily dismiss its validity. This handicap requires compassion for those afflicted, but hope for their improved vision is the handicap of misguided love. It sucks time and energy from those whos efforts would actually benefit people without this trait. Hopeless optimist that I am, I continue to invest my time. Ive heard it said that with God all things are possible. I believe this, but as to what is probable requires knowing more than I do. A seeming quandary where patience has a very high value and given this, I am rich. Patience and faith in the idea that revelations will come as theyre needed. I am not God, but I am his tool and feel Im in sore need of sharpening - thats where you come in. In being brutally honest we sharpen each other even if some are honestly incorrect. I honor intention while identifying mistakes. Imagine if we all did that for each other. What a world it would be.
