It is believed that the Gunners got their bid accepted last night thought to be in the region of £23 million according to a new report in The Sun Chelsea complete Van Ginkel’s signing.  Arsenal already in talks to sign 25-year-old Bundesliga Midfielder Gonzalo Higuain has now had permission to fly into London for talks and the report also suggests that he could undergo a medical and sign his £100k-a-week deal as early as by the end of today.  Arsenal will be going on their Asian tour very soon and it is believed that this is why they have decided to tie up the deal quickly as Wenger wants him to fit into the team quickly before the start of next season, a season which Wenger has to win a trophy. However for Arsenal fans reading this, this is probably another twist in the Higuain saga so we would not be surprised if it sounded like a load of rubbish to you.
