***Art Basel Open Platform on Art in the Digital Age*** There will be an inspiring Open Platform session on Art in the Digital Age at AAAs booth at Art Basel, and Videotages founding director Ellen Pau will participate as a discussion panelist. Come and learn more about Digital Art! Date: 17 May 2014 (this coming Saturday) Time: 4 - 5:30pm Venue: AAAs booth (Booth P1), Art Basel, Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre Details: This platform will explore and discuss how digital technology impacts and intersects with the production of art, looking at how traditional techniques have been transformed by digital media, and the emergence of entirely new forms of art and perspectives. In the context of an international art fair, where collecting art is a focus, the session will also aim to explore some of the interesting questions and considerations raised around collecting digital art.
