Art and I were off to NB this past weekend. It had been a long time, too long. We stayed with my sister Janet and for the first time in weeks I did not wake up between 3 and 4 AM. Probably because Janet and I sat up talking until 3 AM. On Saturday afternoon we were off to a gathering of classmates from my high school class of 1975. It was wonderful catching up on what everyone has been doing the past 39 years since we graduated. I was surprised to find out how many had either stayed in the area or returned. Preliminary plans underway for our 40th reunion for next year. AND yes I volunteered to be on the organizing committee. We toured around Minto and Chipman to see the changes and the damages from Hurricane Arthur. Back to Janets and another late night. (I am getting far too old for these late night gab sessions!) Visited next door on Sunday afternoon with Eric and Lisa - my brother has a travel trailer on the lot next to Janets. Great weekend. Janet, I promise we will be not be so long coming back.
