ArtAID International World Art Contest 2014/2015 The ArtAID International World Art Contest will be held from 05.07.2014 to 04.04.2015 in a total of 6 phases. The application phase: - From 05.07.2014, all the artists,Art Hotels and galleries can submit apply a maximum 7 of their ArtWork until 31.08.2014 at 23:59 CET. First evaluation round: -On the 1st of September 2014 at 08:00 CET, every submission will be published online on our website and can be rated up to 31.10.2014 23:59 CET. The points of the Top 3 works of each participant are saved. Preparatory phase for the second evaluation round: - From 01.11.2014 08:00 CET, each participant has the opportunity to submit two new works until 15.11.2014 at 3:59 CET. Second evaluation round: From 16.11.2014 08:00 CET on 15.01.2015 23:59 CET after setting all the points to zero, the work will be re-evaluated online on our website. The points of the Top 3 works of each participant are saved. Final round: From 20.01.2015 00:01 CET on 25.03.2015 23:59 CET after setting all the points to zero, the work will be re-evaluated online on our website. Prize-giving: The award ceremony will take place on 04.04.2015, the ArtAID Awards at the World Day of ArtAID. To rule out tampering the points from the first and from the second evaluation round will only be published with the announcement of the winners. Terms and Conditions • The minor participants must require the approval of the parent or the guardian. • Each application is taking legal recourse. • Participation is free for artists. The Galleries and Art Hotels should pay a one time fee of 500 €. • The participant or the member creator or copyright within the meaning of the copyright law. The submitted works will in any case the property of the applicant or the applicant. The applicant or the applicant agrees, however, to fully that her or his works presented free of charge in connection with the ArtAID Award, may be photographed and mapped. U can submit your application via email to: Contest@artaid-international, submission is possible from 05.07.2014 until 31.08.2014 23:59 CET. All applicants are required to follow literally the public procurement directives. The application must include: • Short Biography • Portrait photo • 3-5 digital work Photos The Artworks which are approved for submission are: painting, drawing, installation art, objects, videos, digital prints and photographic works. It is the sole responsibility of the applicant to submit the online application in the time before the application deadline. Please note that the online application takes some time to complete. Applicants are required to not wait until the last day to apply: If you wait until the end of the application period, the lines might be busy, therfore, this can make the application submittion in time impossible. Categories The categories are devided into 22: In each category the ArtAID Award is offered to the Best Work and Best Artist. For the Gallery Art and Hotel categories,the ArtAID Award is offered for Best Design and Best overall concept. The respective second and third places will also be awarded. The 3 best young artists (16-28 years) will receive a scholarship from the International ArtAID clubs to study art. The 22 categories: Art of Woman, Type of Pet, Art of Horse, Art of Dog Art of Cat, Art of Nature, Art of Tree, Art of Love, Art of Freedom, Art of Flower, Art of Architecture, Art of Fantasy, Art of 3D Art of Car, Freestyle, sculpture, digitalart, video Arts and crafts, Wisdom / Poetrie / Poetry, galleries, Art-hotel. In categories: Type of Pet, Art of Horse, Art of Dog Art of Cat, Art of Nature, Art of Tree, Art of Love, Art of Freedom, Art of Flower, We also have an award for children between 11 and 16.prices The total of the prizez is 144. The individual prices will be announced in the beggining of the first evaluation round.
