Article 18 of z ICCPR & UDHR, art.6 of Z DEIDBRB, art.8 of ACHPR, art.27 of FDREC guarantee freedom 2 manifest religion. manifestation of religion includes various ritual activities. among these: building of religious shrines(galmoota), cemeteries (hujuba), observance of holy days and rests, displays of religious symbols, teaching and propagating religiuos doctrine, conducting symbosiums and etc. Although waaqeffannaa was officially recognized as an indigenous Oromo religion by Ref. No.MFA 00198, it doesnt enjoy the right 2 use land to build religious center on it yet, except GALMA MALKAA BOOSET, among more than eightys (80s) galmoota (religious centers). by having these in mind, Freedom of religion is a fundamental human rights attained a jus cogent status at z international arena (international customery law). dear my friends what do you think for the constitutional inconsistencies and to avoid z gap between the rhetoric and reality of the constitutiinally guaranteed rights?
