As April Fools Day looms, Metgasco is getting desperate to gain public favour in Casino. The beef capital could well be renamed Gasino in the future if a gasfield took hold. The boycott letter is a fake put about by disgruntled shareholders in a last ditch effort to discredit people wanting our region to stay untouched by an industrial gasland. Businesses have been very generous donating goods and money to the cause protecting our environment. ‘The actions of local businesses across the region who have given in-kind support and donations to anti-CSG blockades and other protests bear witness to the concerns many in the business community have about the industrialisation of our region for gasfields.’ - Adam Guise
