As I am a fair person my partner has now recived a facebook message and a call from an office admin to now say that she will be getting the £100 fine returned to her, and the facebook status also had an apology in there too. My problem with this though under the circumstances this should NEVER of happened!!! There was obviously at some point a conversation to say my partner had left but no one decided to tell a senior management why ?? (Which they were aware of and of course being a care company would surely of understood why) or even inform a payrole department? ? And then still took it upon themselves to deduct a fine good service still???? I shall leave that up to everyone else to decide!!!! And for my partner who has had to suffer this and even battled with herself to even post something out of sheer frustration in the first place again because she was told by an office admin that this was the same for everyone no matter what! The only please i would like to put in this status is PLEASE LOOK AFTER YOUR STAFF, THEY DO A DAMN HARD JOB THAT THEY ARE NOT APPRICIATED FOR!! IF YOU INVESTED QUALITY TIME AND NOT A FEW DAYS POWER POINT TRAINING AND A FEW DAYS SHADOWING ( MY PARTNER GOT 1DAY FOR THE RECORD) THEN IM SURE YOU WILL RETAIN AND KEEP A DECENT QUALITY OF STAFF) The matter for me is now closed!
