As I awake this morning i am reminded once again that I am a widow. Today marks the one year since my husband chuck atherton has passed. Im still unsure as to what lesson i am to learn from this and from losing my father at a young age but Im seeking to find it. I know this past year has been a hard one for Hunter and I. I can still remember it as if it happened yesterday. This day has changed our lives forever. Things will never be the same. Hunter and I are learning to adjust to that. Learning how different people are and how things change. One thing hasnt changed we miss you and love you. I know they say things happen for a reason but i have yet to find reason. Well honey I cant wait to be with you and Dad again. I need some hugs and kisses. And Dad always telling me it will be ok. We always said its not good-bye. Its see ya later.
