As I find this case to be disturbing on how CPS have began to destroy this family. Fox 5 will report this, yet I have been calling trying to get Fox 5 to report the abuse of power CPS has been causing to many families in Montgomery County. I have spoken to Paul Wagnor back in January 2014 about my situation of how CPS and Family Courts in Rockville MD have allowed the mother of my children to continue to have visits with their mother how has physically, emotionally and mentally abused my kids with her drug use. She has also abused the kids physically while in inpatient rehab for her frog us where she choked my son and slapping my daughter across the face. When the kids were questioned, the mother tried to stop the kids from talking. A report was written and it is documented in the present CINA case. The mother has also attacked the kids on I in the lobby of the Circuit Court House. There is video evidence that is in evidence in the present CINA case. The mother has also bee arrested for violation of a protection order I had against her. She was found guilty in criminal court. All my rights have been stripped. I cannot even see my kids and its been more than 8 months now. I have never abused my kids and there is no evidence of such. Lies, half truths and false alligations have been said by the mother and her family and has excepted in family courts. Many witnesses will testify to this and have testified throughout this process. The system of CPS and Family Courts is corrupt and is destroying the lives of families and kids.
