As I finish packing us up for home and reflect on our three weeks - TopicsExpress

As I finish packing us up for home and reflect on our three weeks in Germany, I feel the need to do something that I almost never do on my FB page: a PRODUCT ENDORSEMENT. But this is a special case. Right before we left, I terminated a highly dysfunctional 17-year relationship with Sprint, from whom I could always expect—regardless of what kind of lackluster international calling/data plan they sold me at the time—a four-digit bill upon returning from Europe. I dont know which has wasted more of my time over the years: pleading with them to give me a plan that wouldnt bankrupt us every time we leave the country (an inevitable futile effort); running around trying to find a free wifi signal so that I wouldnt have to expend precious data-plan kilobytes checking my e-mail; challenging them endlessly on every price-gouging bill; or stressing about all of the above. So anyway, I dumped em and signed up for T-Mobile with A&I Wireless: T-Mobile authorized dealer thanks to the truly awesome and astoundingly attentive customer service of Issac Burgos, and since then every aspect of our voice, texting, and data usage—at home and in Germany—have been low-cost and totally stress-free. (And this is coming from a person whos well-known to stress about anything and everything!) In summary, saying goodbye to lame, lame Sprint was the most satisfying, unabashedly Its not me, its totally you breakup Ive ever enjoyed. But T-Mobile and A&I Wireless are by no means a rebound relationship—to the contrary, I definitely see a longterm commitment here. :)
