As I just mentioned, the thing to do with Al Qaeda scumbags as soon as theyre caught is to microchip them. Not like you have your dog microchipped; I mean you inject that microchip into the spinal column or the brain or the heart, so there aint no taking it out of there. That way, when you release them youll know precisely where they are 24/7. And even if they want to get back into jihad, the other jihadis wont want them to - because who wants to be standing next to the guy when the drones come?
