As I move towards probably the most challenging week at work Ive had in many years, I took a little time off this afternoon to spend some time with friends and colleagues from my days in the HCR. Many I havent seen in almost 30 years, what was quite surreal was that within a few minutes 30 years seemed to melt away. Our physical bodies might show the passing of time, but our spirits never ages. Looking forward to seeing everyone again. Now back to preparing for next weeks challenges.
