As I progress through this years Bahai Fast, I cannot recall a year where I can distinctly feel this state of stagnation lifted from my self daily as I have only recently began. That only goes to expose how unhealthy I have let myself become. I am thankful though, that despite my self-creating difficulties, I can start to rehabilitate myself physically and reinvigorate my being spiritually. I know I need it. Thank you God. Allah-u-Abha!
