As I read my voter information booklet I ran across this dandy little Proposition. I thought it quite hilarious for two reasons: 1. IT is unconstitutional, or at least per the Constitution (Article VI, clause II) it is. Everyone knows that Federal Law trumps State Law every time. Like it or not. Its even been upheld by the Supreme Court (and again, clearly in the Constitution). 2. Its a Dangerous Law. What is to stop the State from saying the Federally mandated minimum wage is unconstitutional and therefore Walmart can now pay its employees $2.50/hr...I know its the extreme but it would be possible. Even if passed, reason 1 would surely overturn it. Silly GOP and Teabaggers #noforprop122 #getoutthevote #educateyourself
