As I said with the other online petition. Given my military experience as an Intelligence Analyst for the U.S. Army. I was trained that the use of Department of Defense sic (Military Organizations) were not permitted to collect information of U.S. persons or citizens. The exceptions to this are clearly spelled out in the regulation that governed my actions, Army Regulation 380-10, and those had to be approved at the highest levels of authority. While I will not make the cry of tyrannical behavior being made in some quarters, this still is very much a real concern for all of us. The unrestricted collection effort while being done under the "War or Terror" banner is in clear violation to our sacred civil liberties. We must as a people demand accountability of those whom permitted such efforts to not only take place but to expand to such a massive level.
