As I sit here and ponder the month of October I cant help but dislike the entire month. For those of you who know me know my passion for road running for stress relieving and exercising...these pictures bring me back to just over two years ago on my way to work when I was suppose to get my morning jog in down my country road with the man whose cross of remembrance is posted here and put here by his children. I found him on my way to work after he had been hit by a driver...this day will never be forgotten and has changed my life forever in many ways!!! I will never forget the second by second details of this tragedy nor the feeling or sensation of things during this event. I still wake up many nights with very vivid memories....not only do I dislike this month from this accident but I also lost a dear friend to suicide in this month. I ask everyone to please take a second to say a prayer for these families who have lost their love ones...I will never be able to get back on the road again for a leisure relaxing run like I had two years ago. I ask that when you get behind the wheel of a vehicle to keep your eyes and attention on the road and your surroundings...it can happen so fast. I can promise you...if u experienced what I did with this accident you will never be he same...motorist please pay attention and make way for people exercising....I pass by this same spot every single day on my way to work and I just pray for each and everyone who witnessed, helped, or was involved in this...my life will never be the same...
