As I stand nowhere among the admirers of Pakistan, its politics, sports or the people per-se, so is the reason I dont usually feel happy about any of her accomplishments, successes. Hate me for that. I dont care! But when the country is in any trouble or crisis, it pains me. I dont know why. And, I see no reason to flaunt it! On the other hand, I don’t hesitate in celebrating Indias triumphs. I like its people, cricket and admire its democracy. Dont love me for that! But today things are different. My likings have changed. For a good reason, though. As both the countries are together today celebrating one of the contemporary history’s rare occasions that their citizens shared the Nobel Prize for Peace— my loyalties have changed. I am Pakistani today. Taunt me for that!
