As I wake out of my sleep OLord you were my stay in the night season and I will praise your name and tell of your loving kindness and sure mercies to the people my Rock and fortress and redeemer of mine soul for your ways are from everlasting to everlasting I will put my full confidence and trust in you for you are a Light in obscure darkness . when you speak raging floods stand still, and with one touch of your robe sick are healed and raised from the dead , for your servants of old prophesied your coming and the wise men from the East followed your star and brought the Holy one gifts . frankincense , myrrh , and gold . and did worship you . and the shepherds also were in the field and they did hear your angel sing GLORY TO GOD IN THE HIGHEST . for when Daniel was thrown into a den of lions you shut there mouth and he was safe , I give praise to thee O Lord my Lord when I think of your ways among men . for all who put there trust in you shall live and not die . for you are a reward to all who diligently seek your path . for when my body goes down to the grave . I will ever be present with you O Lord . for you are my salvation of whom shall I be afraid ... though man come against me I will not be moved . for when Judas betrayed thee with a kiss and you were lead away that night you were like a lamb led to the slather you lifted not your voice to them that took you . Peter cut a mans ear off with sward you put it back on as before . you said those who live by the sward shall die by the sward ... for your ways are peace and not war . for if I lay my bed in hell you are with me and will deliver me from mine torment . for the rich man lifted his eyes in torment but there was a great gulf between him . he said I want a drop of water but there was none . ...............and again I thank thee O MY REDEEMER FOR NOT LEAVING MY SOUL IN HELL .for you came and preached to the captive and set them free . my soul ever rejoices over your salvation .............................................................A-MEN....
