As I walked to the door, before I could say hello, my wife greeted me with this: Why do some people insist on hurting others by spreading vicious lies? How awful to include children in their nonsense? I gave her a big hug and said this, Every now and then, we need to remind ourselves that our happiness belongs to US! Dont worry about the people who arent happy for you. Not that I am making excuses for their behavior, but anybody that would engage in spreading rumors about their fellow mankind, sadly children, cannot be happy. Rather than getting upset, the best thing is to pray for a change of heart. My message to those who spread rumors, just remember not liking another person doesnt give you the right to spread rumors, gossip, or put others down. Acting like this shows a lack of courage and immaturity. And if it is popularity you are concerned with, well sorry to say, ts a false way to gain status. There is no need to resort to disrespecting others to gain power and popularity. People who are truly happy and comfortable with who they are, treat everyone with respect and fairness.
