As I was considering all of the political debris flying in the news & here on FB, The Lord spoke to me... Next to the US dept of defense, Christianity(the body of Christ) is the largest single organization in the world. (Statistical support for His statement cited below*) His following statement: If the body of Christ was doing what it is called to do, there would be no need for obamacare or worldly socialism. Jesus told the story of the Good Samaritan. Jews & Samaritans greatly despised each other(insert current worldly animosities here). What Christ is saying is that we should help anyone in need, whether theyre of our race, origin or religious belief, to the glory of God. Jesus encouraged socialism. Of course, WITHOUT all the demonically driven control that comes with todays counterfeit of The Truth He spoke of: Doing all things not expecting anything in return (Luke 6:35). If we as professing Christians want the world to know Christs true love for them, we must show it in our actions: What good is it, my brothers and sisters, if someone claims to have faith but has no deeds? Can such faith save them? Suppose a brother or a sister is without clothes and daily food. If one of you says to them, “Go in peace; keep warm and well fed,” but does nothing about their physical needs, what good is it? In the same way, faith by itself, if it is not accompanied by action, is dead.
