As I was standing outside this morning in my Juicy Couture track suit, with my purple leather Coach purse on my shoulder and my chihuahua dog in said purse, sipping my chai tea, and thinking- I really need to get new Converse shoes but I dont think Ill ever find these sparkly pink ones again.... I heard THE EMPEROR cackling in the back of my mind- The transformation is almost complete So I ran inside and changed. Then, later today, as I was leaving the NEX, I overheard the following The Captain from Firefly will be there... I immediately stopped, and went up to this complete stranger and said, Hi, Im Rebecca and Ill be youre very best friend if you take me to Comic-Con with you. And did you say Nathan Fillion will be there this year? I hadnt heard he was attending! Sorry Emperor Palpatine, this little Jedi isnt going to the Dark Side today. Also, Im probably pretty lucky that poor lady I all but mauled didnt call security on me. Its cuz geeks are cool like that.
