As I woke up this morning I realized that today was the one year anniversary of the sudden illness that almost ended my life. Such great things have happened in that year and its all due to Gods grace. He worked a miracle on me that day and allowed me another year with the greatest family and friends that a girl could ever ask for. All of those wonderful friends and family along with many many strangers that I didnt even know surrounded me in so many prayers and I will never forget that. With every breath I take I am so thankful for my blessings of the past year. I got to experience my 25th wedding anniversary with the most amazing husband and the my beautiful daughters 25th birthday. The same wonderful daughter who along with a great son-in-law who a few months ago informed us that we were going to be grandparents in December. So its safe to say I am looking forward to Christmas this year!!!!! And the blessings just keep coming my daughter once again proved how smart she is by passing her state board exams and becoming a licensed pharmacist. Congratulations Dr. Jessica Roper Hill! You make me the proudest woman alive! And yes, due to all of the prayers that everyone said for me and GODs ability to heal I can say I AM ALIVE!
