As Muslimeen we follow the one to whom the dhikr was revealed to, - TopicsExpress

As Muslimeen we follow the one to whom the dhikr was revealed to, the one who taught the dhikr and set in motion a change which we see in society till this day. It follows almost logically that the person whom Allah decided to establish contact with would know much more and understand much better what was revealed and what was relayed. The same way that one who witnesses an act describes it and understands it much better than the one to whom it is described. There is a consensus amongst the scholars of truth that after the book of Allah we take of what we do not know or understand otherwise from the messenger of Allah himself. To any rational person it only makes sense that after Allah , his messenger would have the knowledge. It is first important to realize that this is the deen of Allah. Not the deen of a false god but the god who created us from nothing and knows all that we know combined and more, who knows what is in our hearts and why that is in our hearts. Such an understanding that Allah is the truth and he is all powerful can only lead to an understanding that his messenger could only be a man of truth and honesty. We know from the authentic narrations that we have preserved the messenger of Allah was known , prior to the revelation, as ‘ Al – Amin’. The trustworthy. Such an attribute is only befitting for a man who relays a message from Al-Haqq (the Truth) himself. Once it is established that Allah knows everything hidden or apparent and he knows what is to come and what has happened, we can establish that he would not choose a man to lead a nation who would abrogate or corrupt what was revealed. This is contrary to the sunnah (tradition) of the messengers and prophets who came before and would be contrary to a messenger of truth.
