As Power Up passes us by, it’s time for the usual round of Gaming Society updates, courtesy of your friendly neighborhood guy-who-writes-newsletters. Without further ado, let’s get right into it. Tuesday Nov. 4th This Tuesday will be Anime Night as usual, with all of the zany goodness that it entails. We’ll have Nichijou and Dura…Durara…DRRR!, as well as Humanity has Declined. We’ll be at DION 115 at 6:30pm, see you there. Wednesday Nov. 5th For Wednesday Night Magic this week, we’ll be having a Theros Draft. It’s one of my favorite formats and a fun set to draft with, so it looks like it’s going to be a good time overall. It’ll be in CVPA 255 at 6:30pm. Thursday Nov. 6th This General Interest Night will be a free for all, free play extravaganza. That means you can bring in what you want to play and play it. We’ll share the big screen and play what you guys bring, so if that sounds like a good time (I think it does), then we’ll be at DION 101 at 6:30pm. Friday Nov. 7th With all of that out of the way, time to tell you about our super special Anime Movie Night this Friday at 6:30pm. We’ll be watching Spirited Away! So if youve never seen this masterpiece of Hayao Miyazaki before, we’ll be at DION 115! Hope to see you all there!
