As Reese & I are enjoying our pancake breakfast, I cant help but to think of my Dad. Cakes & eggs were one of his favorite meals. He would put the eggs right on top of the pancakes & cover it all with syrup. Almost every day for many years he would invite me, Sheila Claeson or Mark Claeson out for a bite as he would call it. Hed never let us pay, but we always got the tip. He knew every server by name and they always greeted him by name & with a genuine smile. Its funny how something as simple as a pancake can evoke such powerful emotions. I miss you Daddy!! Xo
