As-Salaamu Alaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarahmatullahi Wabarakatuhu May Peace,Blessings and Mercy of ALLAH On All of You. This is a very important warning for all my muslim brothers and sisters. We must avoid saying Merry Christmas to anyone as this means that we are knowingly or unknowingly, directly or indirectly bearing witness that Allah begot his son Jesus (peace be upon him) on 25th of December (Nauzubillah) and Allah says strong words against it Indeed ye have put forth a thing most monstrous! At it the skies are ready to burst, the earth to split asunder, and the mountains to fall down in utter ruin, That they should invoke a son for (God) Most Gracious. For it is not consonant with the majesty of (God) Most Gracious that He should beget a son. Surah Mary Ch.19 V.88-92 And if we still engage in this Merry Christmas it can make us fall into Kufr or Shirk. Please avoid. You can say Happy Holiday better is to start doing Dawah and ask him which verse of the Bible says Jesus (peace be upon him) was born on 25th of December. inshAllah videos in Urdu & English will be posted soon. Please share and let our Muslim brothers and sisters know this.
