As Team #CSSi continues to expand, we are hiring a Patient Enrollment Specialist! Do you have experience in pharmaceutical sales? How about Account Management? Check out the details! Patient Enrollment Specialist This is an entry level inside sales position for a motivated person who is capable of managing projects and relationships with an established book of business and also generate new business. Responsibilities: • Act as the primary client contact and project manager for research sites • Recruitment Research: review protocols, research therapeutic areas, evaluate demographics and define the target audience • Budget Development: for site’s enrollment goals based on recruitment metrics, past experiences and research specific to the clinical trial protocol • Recruitment Plan: recommend the most effective recruitment plan for enrollment goals, including implementation of various media tactics and timelines • Media Planning: formulate a media strategy to target a specific audience for each clinical study, using therapeutic, market and medium-specific metrics. Track media costs and advertising response to determine efficiency and make ROI recommendations to client • Advertising Development: evaluate each site’s current recruitment tools and develop new advertisements if necessary, includes creative development of television storyboards, radio scripts, print ads, digital ads, mail cards, brochures, banners • Project Management: Communicate with clients on an ongoing basis regarding project status and direction • Business Development: reaching out to current and former clients for new studies, and new clients who have contacted us via our website or at conferences • Communication: serve as the liaison between the sites, sponsors, CROs, and IRBs • Other duties as assigned Skills and Qualifications: • Experience in Microsoft Office applications and adept at computer usage • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to build relationships, and maintain professionalism • Ability to multi-task, work independently, and manage a fast paced workflow • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, monthly metrics of calls, contacts, and sales requirements Education and Background: • Four year college degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent experience • Prior Customer Service/Sales Experience Interested?
