As a 27 year old Zimbabwe Youth, I honestly think that this is another excellent Speech and Revised National Youth Policy coming from incumbent MP of Darwin South, Zanu PF Secretary for Indigenisation and Economic Empowerment, Zimbabwe Minister of Youths Development, Indigenisation and Economic Empowerment, Cde Saviour Kasukuwere who in this new Revised National Youth Policy is advocating and lobbying for more Youths Empowerment through a mandatory 25% Youths Quota in all sectors of the Zimbabwe Political Economy from the Mining Sector to the Education Sector, to the Health Sector, to the Financial Sector to the Tourism Sector to the Manufacturing Sector, to the Agriculture Sector and of course to the Parliamentary Sector where there ought to be 25 reserved seats for the Zimbabwe Youths so that the Zimbabwe Youths can also have more direct representation in the legislative and policy making institutions of Government such as Parliament. This will also include the strategic deployment of the youths in key structures of Government such as Youths Desk in each and every Government Ministry. All such Youths Affirmative Action initiatives are aimed at creating real sustainable jobs for the Youths of Zimbabwe so that they can have the sustainable income they need to look after themselves and their families well as well as to start sustainable income generating projects so that they can contribute more productively towards the leadership and governance of our country. Its a very good policy I think and now the next challenge is practical implementation of the policy and we can do it if all of us stakeholders to Zimbabwe humble ourselves and work together to ensure the success of this noble Zimbabwe Youths Empowerment Revised National Youths Policy. bhora mberi, bhora mugedhi, ibhola egedini--------------------->
