As a Mother, my Robin will never get so old, that I dont still see her as my baby! When she was a little girl, she experienced accidents that ranged from a smashed finger to a fractured collar bone to stitches in her eyebrow and two black eyes! I even considered padding the walls and furniture! As bad as that seemed at the time, this accident has the worst consequences, by far! Its been really difficult watching her experience what shes had to deal with over the past week. Her men folks have certainly stepped up to the plate and met her needs. Its at times, such as these, when you realize the blessings God gives you in friends. Robin, Spencer and Chandler have been so very fortunate, as their food supplied at meal time has been abundant! I know theyve given praise and thank yous to everyone, however Mama and Daddy must add their accolades to the many who have responded so graciously. We love you all! It is indeed humbling for us, as weve watched how youve shown love to our children during these days. Well never be able to thank you enough. As Robin faces surgery tomorrow, we covet your prayers. My personal prayer is that God guides the hands of the surgeon, Dr. Figarola, as he repairs her ankle, and then, that her recovery be fast and free of complications! If I could take her place, tomorrow, I surely would!
