As a Throwback Thurs tribute I just wanna give a huge shout out to all the amazing people I have met this year through travel, work, school and friends; you have made this year the best I ever had! And it is seems to only be getting better :) All the Gen7 Messengers and Motivate Canada staff at the GEN7 Aboriginal Role Model Program retreat in January with Gerard Sagassiges teachings, the awesome students in Midland at St. Theresas HIgh School in May, my great friends that invited me to New York in June and the chill people I met south of the border (Tyler most honourable mention), The amazing youth and community members I met in Mistissini later that month for our Youth Leadership Camp! You made me really proud :) And the beach day was perfect! All the family, friends I met on my travels to Newfoundland, thank you so much for your kindness, hospitality and valuable teachings :) Everyone in Stellarton, Eskasoni, Potlotek, Sydney, Moncton, Saint-Jean-Port-Joli, thanks for the support and love on my travels to and fro...and to my amazing adventurous friends Matthew Perrier Garrett King and Nathan White who were always ready to head into the bush, a special Welalioq! A huge shout out to everyone on the Stingers softball team and the other teams in St Gs, ball made the visits so much more fun! :) I cant forget the wonderful people who are revitalizing our culture in St. Georges, people like Victor Muise, Savvy Simon, and Alison White! I am really grateful for everything you are doing! I cant forget everyone I met in Thessalon last month for our youth gathering, you are such great people and you have such beautiful land! I had so much fun at our beach day and it was really great to see you all learning some of our tradition teaching with Peter and Charlene!
