As a child of God, however, you need not worry about the cunning craftiness of antichrists, false preachers and teachers, because youre anointed of God, and therefore cant be deceived. The Word says, you have an unction from the Holy One, and you know all things. The anointing of the Holy Spirit that’s on your life safeguards you and helps you discern the right teaching of the Gospel from false doctrines. 1 John 2:27 says, “But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him.” The Holy Spirit is the Lord of the Church, and when you hear the Word of God under the anointing of the Holy Spirit, the same Spirit in you will bear witness with your spirit, that what you’re hearing is the truth.
