As a client, patient or resident at Eastern Health you have the right to ask questions about your care and express concerns to your health care provider. But with rights, also come responsibilities. We ask you – our clients, patients and residents – to identify your needs and bring concerns or complaints to your care team in a respectful manner. Don’t be afraid to ask questions if the information given is unclear. If you are unable to resolve any questions or concerns with your care team directly, we encourage you to contact our Client Relations Office toll free at 1-877-444-1399 or 777-6500. The Client Relations Office provides you with an additional avenue to voice your concerns and have them addressed, but we cannot help address your concerns if you do not make the call! Know your rights and responsibilities as a client, patient or resident.
