As a lawmaker, the head of the House of Assembly for that matter, Tambuwal is supposed to know how to obey simple court orders... Why has Tambuwal not obeyed the court order that has declared the 37 House of Reps members that crossed from PDP to APC vacant? What is Tambuwal waiting for?... my guess... his under-G affiliation wont let him, Tambuwal thinks he is smart... he knew all along that the cross carpeting was wrong, he knew the constitutional and legal implication, that is why he refused to openly and officially declare for APC... He knew doing so would mean he would have to vacate his speakership He allowed the 37 Moronic Representatives to be the scape goats.... Now the court says..... those 37 must leave and Tambuwal has grown cold feet.. I wonder what the PDP caucus in the house are doing? They should brace up and do the needful.
